This is in fact the name of an actual street in France, more precisely in Valréas. The name's been in my mind ever since I saw it the first time.
It is to be said: French is a very poetic language, more than my native one at least, which is Flemish. We don't sing when we talk, we try to talk as fast and as short as possible.
